Anthotyro or "athotyros," as we commonly call it in Crete, is a traditional soft Greek cheese.
In our dairy, we produce fresh and aged anthotyros known for their quality, especially the DRY ANTHOTYRO OF CRETE ZOH, which, through aging, reduces moisture content, giving it a more intense and aromatic milky flavor.
It's excellent grated as an accompaniment to pasta dishes.
